This is Footballfigure.net chain gang featuring the 1st down chain handlers and the ball marker.  The markers have a dial in them which allows for you to vary the distance for 1st down.  Just add some super glue to lock into place.  T If painted by Footballfigure, he will have a magnet under the platform as well.
